GSB Staff Graduate Connecticut School of Finance & Management

The CBA sponsored Connecticut School of Finance and Management (“CSFM”) is a popular program used by Connecticut’s banks to help develop their management team of the future. This two-year management development program, instructed at the undergraduate level, has a curriculum designed to provide an opportunity for junior management personnel to obtain a more comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry.
